Regulations.gov by 1102tools is an independent service for accessing federal rulemaking dockets, documents, and public comments published on Regulations.gov. It is not endorsed by GSA, the U.S. government, Anthropic, or OpenAI.

Source data may be delayed, incomplete, corrected, or unavailable. Verify material findings against the source before relying on them. The service reads public data; it does not modify government records or make procurement decisions.

Access is subject to capacity limits, including an hourly limit on calls to the government API, and may be interrupted or suspended to protect availability. Do not interfere with operation or bypass request limits.
